Quiet Financial

Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Quiet Financial (“we,” “our,” or “the Agency”). By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These Terms apply to all clients located within the United States, including those residing in the State of California, and are intended to comply with applicable California consumer and business regulations.

Service Scope

Our services include branding, logo design, brand identity systems, brand guidelines, and related creative design work. Each project we deliver is based on the specific details, requirements, and instructions provided by the client at the time of order. Any additional features or changes outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee, subject to a new quotation.

Project Timeline

Project timelines shared with clients are estimates based on the complexity and requirements of the work. Although we aim to deliver within the given timeframe, delays may occur due to revisions, incomplete client instructions, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for project delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for supplying accurate information, references, and instructions needed to complete the project. Any errors, missing details, or inaccurate material provided by the client may affect the design quality and timeline. The client must review drafts promptly and provide timely feedback to avoid delays.

Revisions Policy

Revisions are provided based on the design package selected by the client. Unlimited revisions apply only within reasonable boundaries and do not include complete redesigns once the project concept has been approved. Extensive changes, rebranding requests, or new directions may incur additional charges at our discretion.

Payments and Billing

All payments must be completed before delivery of final files unless otherwise agreed in writing. By placing an order, the client authorizes the Agency to collect payment for the selected service. In accordance with California business law, all prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to taxes where applicable.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and creative design services, all sales are final once initial concepts or drafts have been delivered. Refunds are only considered if no work has been initiated. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by missing client information, last-minute changes, or preference-based dissatisfaction after concepts are shared.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives commercial usage rights to the final approved design. However, Quiet Financial retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. All unused or rejected concepts remain the intellectual property of the Agency and cannot be used by the client.

Prohibited Use

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce our designs in a manner that violates copyright laws or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. Misuse of our work, including creating derivative designs or presenting rejected drafts as final, is strictly prohibited.

Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to misuse, modify, or attempt to disrupt the functionality of the site. Unauthorized scraping, data extraction, or automated access is prohibited under California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

Quiet Financial is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, design interpretation, file usage, or business losses associated with the final creative assets. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the service purchased.

Privacy and Data Protection

Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with California privacy laws, including the CCPA. We do not sell client information to third parties. For privacy-related questions, clients may contact us directly at contact@quietfinancial.site.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review the Terms regularly to stay informed.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in California courts, and both parties agree to submit to their jurisdiction.
